missing rooftop bar inaccessible breakfast box
The hotel claimed it had a rooftop bar. This was a bold faced lie since it didn't exist. Staff were nice, but, also busy. I did not receive my breakfast box. The shower door was tough to open.

mixed feelings about my stay

check in delay broken lift
the noise really bothered me. it was like i was trying to sleep above a concert venue. i had to wait forever for the bar staff to check me in, , made everything so slow. also, the lift was still out of service, a problem supposedly lasting for years.

spacious rooms soft interior chic design nightclub entrance karaoke music loud noise
the rooms were super spacious! the modern yet soft interior really appealed to me. the bathroom was also very large for a hotel room with a chic design.
I arrived and it was like i was staying over a nightclub! the entrance was like walking into a nightclub for sure! karaoke music played until 11pm right below my room. It was so loud i couldn't sleep.
